1) Individual Membership
All are welcome to apply. Let us know if you are keen to play and at what level and we will find a team for you.

2) Team Membership
If you have a group of friends that you would like to enter into a competition then Ultimate Evolution can accommodate you. We encourage teams to grow and express themselves in their own unique way. One of the many advantages of entering a team through Ultimate Evolution is a reduced SAFDA player fee.

3) Social Membership
Just want to train, have some fun or hang out with some great people? Join up as a social member.

Fees:
Full member: $30
Student Member: $20
First year player: $10
Social Member: $10

2008 Autumn League Fees
League fees are due for players participating in the current set of leagues. Costs are as follows:

Social league (Monday nights) - $25
Open league (Wednesday nights) - $60
Womens league (Wednesday nights) - $60
